Calibrations and Validation
Our field engineers are Certified Calibration Technicians (CCT) and we have a Professional Engineers (PE) on staff. They specialize instrument, electronic and calibration of various instruments. We can help verify that your magnetic flowmeter is owing within factory specifications and operation at the flowrate that it says it is. If you have a temperature sensor that’s been giving you erratic readings, we can verity that the meter is truly reading what it says it is. As everyone knows, pressure transmitters begin to drift after some time. We can help setup a periodic pressure calibration schedule to make sure it is performing at optimal conditions. Maybe your ultrasonic level sensor is showing levels bouncing all over the places. We can take it out of service, calibrate it and make sure that you don’t get any more erratic level readings.
Installation, Startup and Commissioning
Have a new instrument that you have purchased but have no idea how to install it? We can help! We are licensed, bonded and know what we are doing. We are not your average electrician who says they took one electronics class in training. We eat, live and breathe these instruments and know our way around wiring up a magnetic flowmeter or installing an ultrasonic level sensor. If the instruments are already installed, we can also help with startup, commissioning and programming. It never hurts to have a second pair or eyes confirm that everything has been programming correctly and is performing at peak performance.
Service, Repairs and Troubleshooting
We’ve all dealt with that flowmeter or instrument that just doesn’t seem to work no matter how many times you’ve gone through the menus and settings. You’re at that point where you just say, forget it. I’m ready to have this be someone else’s problem. Let us take that headache off of your hands and x it for you!
